Press fabricating is an attractive form of wireforming due to its repeatability and efficiencies at high production. Press fabricating can also produce complex parts with tight tolerances. At G3 Industries, we can support short run stampings in thicknesses of .060” to .250” from strips or coils, in various materials.
On site, we have 24 presses ranging in tonnage from 2 ton to 600 ton. With each part that we process, we select the machine that yields the best balance of cost, quality, and efficiency, always aiming for total customer satisfaction.
Plus, we make 95% of the tooling for our press operations in-house. This means G3 Industries has complete control over the tooling’s design, production, and lead time. These capabilities ensure the tooling produces parts to exact specifications in the pressing process each and every time.
