Robotic Bending & Welding

Manual Precision Welding

Brazing & Mechanical Joining

  • Silver Brazing: Ideal for complex, high- and low-pressure joints with minimal distortion.
  • Brass Brazing: Suitable for return lines and low-pressure hydraulic assemblies.
  • Copper Brazing: A core capability for over seven decades, providing strong, leak-proof joints in demanding applications.
  • Mechanical Joining: A cost-effective alternative to welding or brazing, mechanical joining allows tubes to be securely fastened to flanges, fittings, or housings—ideal for serviceable connections or specialized interfaces.

Hose & Tube Hybrid Assemblies

A signature strength of our Hydraulic Division, hybrid hose-tube assemblies offer performance and design flexibility where traditional assemblies fall short. Ideal for:

  • Routing around heat sources (e.g., exhaust manifolds)
  • Reducing vibration in rigid systems
  • Applications unsuited to hose-only or tube-only solutions

We work side-by-side with OEM partners to engineer these assemblies for improved performance, easier installation, and supply chain efficiency.

Tube End Forming

Cleaning & Testing Services

  • Cleaning/Flushing: Removes internal contaminants, ensuring cleanliness standards for hydraulic systems.
  • Hydraulic Testing: We offer impulse, proof, and burst testing on a contract basis—reducing cost and complexity for OEMs.

Powder Coat Painting

G3 Industries offers high-capacity powder coat painting with one of the largest systems in the Midwest, handling parts up to 60″ x 40″ x 120″. With more than 30 years of experience, our 50,000-square-foot facility features:

  • Five-stage iron phosphate wash for optimal pre-treatment
  • Seven spray booths for diverse applications
  • Robotic full-recovery booth for high-density painting
  • Multiple shift for high-volume production
