Hydraulic Fluid Conveyance

70 Years of Unmatched Quality and Expertise.

FABRICATION AT ITS FINEST

A Tradition of Excellence

G3 Industries’ Hydraulic Division continues the legacy of Formrite, a trusted name in tube bending and fabrication for more than 70 years. Acquired by G3 in 2023, Formrite’s expertise in structural and fluid-carrying tube components strengthens our commitment to delivering high-quality, engineered solutions for OEMs across industries. Our Two Rivers, WI facility is purpose-built for hydraulic fluid conveyance manufacturing, combining proven processes with modern automation to support demanding applications at scale.

Robotic Bending & Welding

  • High-Volume Robotic Bending: Robotic bending cells ensure speed, consistency, and cost-effectiveness across both high- and low-volume production.
  • Robotic Welding: Automated welding delivers repeatable, high-integrity welds for structural and hydraulic tube assemblies.

Manual Precision Welding

  • MIG & TIG Welding: Precision welding services tailored for hydraulic and structural tubing, meeting the most rigorous OEM requirements.

Brazing & Mechanical Joining

  • Silver Brazing: Ideal for complex, high- and low-pressure joints with minimal distortion.
  • Brass Brazing: Suitable for return lines and low-pressure hydraulic assemblies.
  • Copper Brazing: A core capability for over seven decades, providing strong, leak-proof joints in demanding applications.
  • Mechanical Joining: A cost-effective alternative to welding or brazing, mechanical joining allows tubes to be securely fastened to flanges, fittings, or housings—ideal for serviceable connections or specialized interfaces.

Hose & Tube Hybrid Assemblies

A signature strength of our Hydraulic Division, hybrid hose-tube assemblies offer performance and design flexibility where traditional assemblies fall short. Ideal for:

  • Routing around heat sources (e.g., exhaust manifolds)
  • Reducing vibration in rigid systems
  • Applications unsuited to hose-only or tube-only solutions

We work side-by-side with OEM partners to engineer these assemblies for improved performance, easier installation, and supply chain efficiency.

Tube End Forming

A full range of tube end forming capabilities, including:

  • Single & Double Flaring
  • Expanding
  • Swaging
  • Flattening
  • Parflanging

Cleaning & Testing Services

  • Cleaning/Flushing: Removes internal contaminants, ensuring cleanliness standards for hydraulic systems.
  • Hydraulic Testing: We offer impulse, proof, and burst testing on a contract basis—reducing cost and complexity for OEMs.

Beaded Inserts

G3 Industries proudly manufactures its full line of beaded hose fittings at our Two Rivers, Wisconsin, facility – distributing them through Hydraulic Components Corporation. Designed to fit a variety of tube types, these custom fittings offer versatile solutions for low-pressure suction or drain lines. Each insert is precision-engineered so its outside diameter matches the inside diameter of the mating hose, allowing for secure, leak-free connections when paired with hose clamps placed just in front of the bead.

Selecting the correct beaded hose fitting is essential to avoid issues like poor suction, slow draining, or hose damage. Undersized fittings may cause leaks and reduced performance, while oversized ones can deform tubing over time. Careful consideration of your system’s needs will ensure proper function and long-term reliability.
