At our location in Two Rivers, WI, our technicians have the equipment and capabilities to simulate rigorous conditions for a wide range of customer applications. Our SAE-compliant testing is fast, convenient, customized, and available for purchase on a contract basis. With our expertise in the design and construction of hydraulic testing pressure equipment, we have proudly set a worldwide standard for dependability, performance, and value.
We utilize advanced testing equipment for both impulse/fatigue testing and proof/burst testing. The pressure range for the impulse chamber is 1,250 psi up to 15,000 psi, and the pressure for proof/burst testing can approach 40,000 psi. In the impulse chamber, the test oil temperature can range from 100°F – 300°F.
